Day 2: Tehran – Shiraz
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit the modern and lively capital of Iran, renowned for its museums which retrace all the periods of Persia and Iran from the Neolithic era to the flourishing of Islamic art: the museums of archeology and Islamic art and the glass and ceramics museum. Then visit the Qajar palace of Golestan.
In the evening departure by plane to Shiraz.

Day 3: Shiraz
Discovery of Shiraz, the city of roses and nightingales, capital of the province of Fars where the name of the Persian language comes from, Persian (Farsi). Shiraz lets you discover its gardens with century-old cypresses. Visit the Narenjestan Palace or the orange grove decorated with ceramics, stucco and mosaic mirrors, the Nasir-al-Molk mosque, Qajar building with earthenware with rose motifs, the mausoleum of Hafez (Aramgah-e-Hafez), the greatest mystical poet of the 14th century and the Vakil complex (the Bazaar and the mosque).

Day 4: Shiraz – Persepolis – Naqsh-e-Rostam – Shiraz
The morning will be devoted to the discovery of Persepolis, located 60 km from Shiraz: this site was built under Darius the Great in 521-486 BC. B.C.
Visits to Naqsh-e-Rostam, the necropolis of the 4 Achaemenid kings and Naqsh-é-Rajab, a site from the Sassanid era.
In the afternoon, in Shiraz, you will discover the citadel of Karim Khan Zend.

Day 5: Shiraz – Pasargadae – Isfahan:
Departure for the city of Cyrus the Great conquered by Alexander the Great, Pasargadae and visit the remains dating from 550 BC. Discovery of the thousand-year-old Cypress tree in Abarkouh. On the way, you will stop to admire the magnificent view of the ruins of the village of Izad-Khast from the Sassanid era where Pierre Lotti stayed in a beautiful caravanserai from the Safavid era on the way to Isfahan.
Arrival in the evening in Isfahan.

Day 6: Isfahan
The discovery of Isfahan and its thousand and one wonders. To perpetuate its grandeur forever, Shah Abbas called on the most skilled craftsmen to build the mosques, madrasas, palaces and bridges which made Isfahan, in the 17th century, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. In Isfahan the monuments are of rare finesse.
Visits: the magnificent Imam Square, also known as the Image of the World (Naghsh-e-Jahan) with its monuments, the Imam Mosque, the Ali Qapu Palace and the Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque .
Visits to other monuments: the Friday Mosque, the oldest building in the city, the Chehel-Sotun Palace, the Khaju Bridge and the Thirty Three Arches Bridge. The bazaar, located in the extension of the square, is very large, rich and colorful.

Day 7: Isfahan-Tehran
Breakfast at the hotel. After enjoying your free morning in Isfahan, and after lunch, you will visit a house museum from the Qajar era in the city of Kashan.

Day 8: Tehran-Paris
Transfer to the airport and return to Paris. Arrival in the morning.
